june goals

I started 2014 out by setting goals and really sticking to them.  That lasted like through January...actually, I did really well through March, and then we went on Spring Break.

So it's a new month...a new season...so many things about to change...finishing the school year....getting ready for the babe.  And so, I must set some new goals.  I actually have said out loud some of the things I have intentionally wanted to work on...but I am definitely better at writing things down.  I guess it's better accountability.  And then if I blog it, I'm putting it out there for everyone to see. More accountability.

Ok...so here are my goals for June:

*Read at least 3 books.  Right now I'm reading this.  And I also want to read this and this.
*Do Pilates at least 2 times a week.  This is my favorite exercise and I'm loving doing it while pregnant.  Makes me feel so energized & strong.
*Spend time with friends.  I love my friends.  I don't have many, but the ones I do have, I treasure.  One of my favorite things to do is spend one on one time with them and I want to be intentional about it.
*Go on at least 3 dates with Steve.  We already have one planned for Monday...my birthday...dinner and a movie at Cinepolis.  And I'm hoping we can go on one when we're on vacation in Maui (YAY!!).
*Clean out my closet and Claire's room.  This does not sound fun.  At all.  But after I clean out my closet, I'm going to send a bunch of stuff to Thred Up.  Anyone done this before??

Ok...that's a good start.  Hopefully this will help me get back on track with my goal setting!  What about you?  Do you set goals?  Any for the summer?  Feel free to ask me throughout the month how I'm doing!  Oh and by the way...13 days left of school!  Whoohoo!!

Found you through the link-up!
...I was actually thinking about trying ThredUp next month since I've been hearing so many people talk about it. I'd love to hear what you think about it when you're done :-). Good luck with your goals! xoxo

Maui!!!! My most favorite trip! So excited for you guys to go there- have you been before? You know, I actually love reorganizing and cleaning out closets. I ask my hubby probably every 4 months if I can do his. haha. Nerd alert!! Finding more time to read is a tough one for me... at some point I'd love to work on that!
