everyday oils || peace & calming

I know I sound like a broken record, but Peace & Calming is another one of my all time faves.  We diffuse it every night in Claire's room as well as ours.  Sometimes I even diffuse it in my 4th grade classroom!  There have been a couple times when Claire has been at the end of her rope...whining, crying, mad...and I've put a drop on her wrists or the back of her neck.  And the smell alone could be describes and peaceful & calming.  Peace & Calming comes in the Premium Starter Kit and is one that I haven't been without since I first purchased my kit.

Peace & Calming® is a gentle, fragrant blend. When diffused, it helps calm tensions and uplift the spirit, promoting relaxation and a deep sense of peace. When massaged on the bottoms of the feet, it can be a wonderful prelude to a peaceful night's rest. Peace & Calming may be especially calming and comforting to young children after an overactive and stressful day.

How to use:

For aromatic use. Diffuse in bedrooms, living areas and office. Apply to bottom of feet, wrists and outside of ears. Blend with V-6™ Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex for a calming massage.

If you're interested in purchasing a Premium Starter Kit, you can do that here.  If you have any questions about essential oils, Young Living, or how to order, please send me an email.  I'm happy to talk to you about how to make oils work for your family.

I love using essential oils! People look at me like I'm some crazy lady from the woods, but they really do work. While store bought creams or lotions prescribed by doctors have never worked on my skin, essential oils like lavender, frankincense and lemon do! This oil, peace and calm, definitely helps me on rough days. They are fantastic!! :)

You should! They are all amazing. I would especially recommend Peace and Calming, Lavender (you may hate the way it smells like I do, but they say that if you do it means you actually need it - and I am getting used to it) Frankincense, Lemon and Valor. Let me know what you think if you give them a try! :)

I would LOVE to chat with you more about using oils. I've been slowing reading & learning more about them and need to take the leap and start including them in my life!!

Yes, Heather! Feel free to email me, or if you'd rather chat on the phone, you can email me and I'll send you my number. They have been so beneficial for my family and me. And we're still learning more each day. I'd love to help you get started on your oils journey. :)

They are fascinating, and as I study them more, it totally makes sense how they work. The diffuser is our fave...we love mixing oils together to see what kind of scents we can come up with! :)

It's so true...they work so much better than regular meds. I'm so thankful I've found them and that they've been something that consistently "works" for our family.

Yes, they're fantastic! Now would be a great time for you to try experimenting with your babe coming soon. :) They've been something I've loved using during pregnancy. Let me know if you have any questions.

Yes, they are wonderful! Been a great healthy thing for our family!

Haha...oh yes girl...bust it out! I've heard of mommas that put this on their kids and stress away on themselves during tantrums! And I love diffusing this one at night with lavender.

Yes, this is one that I wish I could have connected to the water source in my house. How fantastic to turn on a faucet and have peace and calming pour out?!? And yes...there's an oil for everything! That's my line to my husband..."There's an oil for that."

Amy @ Set Free said...

Me too!! I also put a few drops of lavender in with it and put cedarwood on my feet or back.

nice that it;s 5 days later and I'm just getting around to your comment...ok...it's later...order your oils! :) And yes, this one is amazeballs.

Constantly hearing great things about using essential oils. Maybe one of these days I'll get around to using them:) Thank you for sharing with us at Hump Day Happenings!

Oh yes, we love our oils in this house!! I was on the fence for awhile too...didn't want to spend the money, seemed kinda high maintenance, but I'm so glad we've made the switch. We're almost to the point of solely using oils instead of any meds and I can tell such a difference. Let me know if you have any questions or if you want to try any samples.
