grateful heart

It's been a hectic few weeks, and I've missed blogging regularly.  But as crazy as life has been, there is still so much to be grateful for:

+ Judy is still healthy and growing INSIDE
+ an amazing, supportive group of friends
+ spontaneous coffee date with a long time friend
+ a hardworking husband
+ the silliest 6 year old
+ parents who faithfully pray for me
+ a week off from school
+ quality time with my girl (soaking this up before the babe)

What about you?  What are you grateful for today?

Pedicures?! Yes! I love that they have a smaller chair for the kids. I've never seen that before. I'm glad you and your family including the little nugget inside are doing well! Hope you have a fantastic week!

Nice I bet a week off was amazing. Are you going to go back to work after the baby is born?

Hooray, Judy hanging on in there!! :) I've had you in my prayers, Amy - both of you - and I'm so glad all is well with you. Enjoy the quality time with Claire, I'm sure she's loving it too!

Thank you friend. Yes, it's been so nice to have a break from school and do other than classroom type things. We're soaking it all up!

Yes...mine too! It's definitely my favorite way to spend time!

I know...I had never seen it before either, just happened to have one at the place we went. :) We're loving our week off so far!

Yes, we are completely enjoying this week off! And I will finish out the school year when starting in April, and then we'll reevaluate this summer. :)

She's still in! :) And I'm loving all the extra time with my big girl! Today she's helping me get Judy's room ready. :)

Oh thank you! Yes, Judy is still in...for now! If history repeats itself, she'll be here in the next couple of weeks. I have so much to do before then!!

Its a funny thing, gratitude. Sometimes I think my list has to be full of BIG things but really it's more about appreciating the small things. And the things we often overlook and take for granted. Loved this post, great reminders to take in the small moments.

I'm the same...I try to think of these grand things to be grateful for, but then stop and realize the grand can only happen when I'm grateful for the regular every day. Thank you so much for stopping by to read!
